Q: WHERE ARE YOU BASED + ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?
A: I live in LaRue Co. Kentucky, but I'm available for travel nationwide. Tell me where you wanna shoot and I'll be there. (Travel fees apply).
Q: WHEN DO WE GET TO SEE OUR PHOTOS?
A: I try to post a sneak peek of your images 1-2 days after we shoot. Your full wedding gallery will be delivered no later than 6 weeks from your wedding day, but I typically do my best to get your gallery to you within a few weeks.
Q: CAN I SEE ALL OF MY IMAGES, EVEN THE UNEDITED ONES?
A: Nope! I only deliver the very best images (I get rid of all duplicates, eyes closed, bloopers, etc.) and I only deliver them edited and in their final format. A chef doesn’t send individual, uncooked ingredients to your table; he only delivers once they’ve been combined, cooked and perfected. The same is true for photographers.
Q: WHAT IF I'M LIKE, ^REALLY^ BAD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?
A: Don’t you fret. Everyone thinks they’re awkward in front of the camera, but the good news is that I’m excellent at what I do, and I’ve done it a lot. All you have to do is show up, trust me, and relax. I’ll take care of the rest.
Q: HOW DO YOU BACK UP + PROTECT MY IMAGES?
A: I have several steps in place to make sure that your memories and photographs are safe with me. I bring backup gear to every wedding and session. I upload all of your original AND edited files to an online storage system, I upload all of your edited images to your online PASS gallery (which stays online for 10 years), and I always have two backups of my entire computer on separate external hard drives.
Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK?
A: I don't have a specific policy for weddings or elopements, but I find most clients are booking 9-18 months in advance.
Q: HOW DO WE OFFICIALLY RESERVE OUR DATE?
A: I require a signed contract and a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee up front, with the remaining monies owed due one month before the wedding. The remaining monies can be paid via payment plan. Once I receive the total amount of your chosen collection, I am all yours!
